Usually I turn on loud music and scream along with it until I feel like falling down.
Don't let rumors get to you. I could tell you all the crap people have said about me and my family, but I think I've probably already told you.

Don't let rumors get to you.
People are idiots. You have to understand that these idiots try to seek pleasure in making other people angry or upset. If you hide the fact that it hurts you, they'll still pick up on it, but if you just cast it away, they can't absorb the lost exstaticism.
