Personality: Kirika is a time-bomb. She's normally carefree and friendly, but when faced with irresponsible and disrespectful people, quickly becomes sarcastic and irritable - although, despite her toughness, she still cries and/or sulks easily whenever someone hits a soft spot and hurts her emotionally. Kirika loves acting and tricking people, and as long as her mood is good, she's also good at it - she could lie to your face and you wouldn't ever know. She also enjoys reading and writing (whether it be poetry or fiction), but that hobby of hers has made her distanced from other kids her age - mostly due to her rich vocabulary and strange tendencies. Kirika is also a romanticist and appreciator of handsome men - always has been.
History: Kirika was 11 when she discovered the key in her mailbox. She felt attracted to the key, for some reason, and kept it. A year later, when she'd already forgotten about the key, she found a card with the words "The Firey" on it, again in her mailbox. That same night she woke up, only to realize that her family's house was on fire. She immediately noticed her card was missing and, following some questionable instinct, she grabbed the key and went to look for the source of the fire. Kirika nearly fainted when she found the source, as what she was seeing was an anthromorphic (human-like) flame. Completely unsure and surprised by what she was doing, she formed a contract with the key, turning it into a short staff and sealed the card using purely her own willpower to force it under her command. She had to move out, since her house had nearly burned down (although none of her family had gotten hurt), and a few years after having lived there, in her new mailbox awaited an invitation to a school for owners of cards that possess inexplicable power. Fearing that those cards might be a danger to her and people around her if she doesn't know how to properly control them, and seeing as the tuition was practically free, she enrolled.
