Advertising: Guidelines & Rules [Read First]

It has come to the attention of a few of us here at, The Ninja Way, that we're having an increase in people advertising for their guilds. Advertising is one thing... but we're still a young guild, trying to gather our own members and put together an active Role Playing Guild.
We would love to have affiliates, and do encourage it.
However, we felt that these advertisements needed their own place
to be organized, so as not to distract from The Ninja Way.
In this, we have founded rules to go along with such place, so as to make the forum(s) run more efficiently and to provide a fighting chance for all guilds.



If You Are Interested In Advertising Within This Guild, Please Read Below

If you would like to be an affiliate and/or advertise your
own guild in, The Ninja Way...
Please read below and view the guidelines that we
have put together and created for you.

★ We know it sounds like a broken record... But please follow Gaia's TOS

★ We would prefer if you would contact one of the moderators
of The Ninja Way, before posting your thread.

★ No Harassing, Spamming, Flamming, or Trolling threads.
If someone is causing a problem in your thread,
or you see a fellow member/gaian not following the
sub-forum rules, please contact one of the mods.

★ No obscene, rude, or offensive behavior is permitted.
(If you have a problem... tell a mod!)

★ When creating an advertising/affiliate thread, please
keep in mind the content of your guild. If it is a more mature
guild, and not quite suitable for a younger crowd, please state so in the first post of your thread.

★ If you chose to the place a thread here, please be sure to include any banners,
information, and working links within your post(s)

★ Use your Guild Name as your thread Title!

★ Please limit yourself to one thread per guild.
A lot of threads about one guild, can look needy and add to clutter.
While one thread with several guilds advertised within, can be confusing.

★ When you advertise/affiliate with us, we ask you to use
one of our banners in your own guild and link back to us, in
an affiliate (Or similar) thread/post.
(We're being kind enough to let you advertise, so please link back to us.)

★ After you have begun your thread, Please give us a
link to your affiliates page, so that we may view our
banner/link within your guild.

★ You may include giveaways, games, etc... in your guild advertisement thread. (Everyone loves freebies.)

★ If you are found to not be following the rules, you
will be confronted. If it persists your thread can and will be deleted, and
you may even be banned from the guild.

★★ N O T I C E ★★
We have and hold the right to add, edit,
adjust, or delete and of the previous guidelines.

We also hold the right to delete threads without
notice or warning. Especially if the content within
is considered spamming, trolling, phishing, offensive,
obscene, rude or just plain out... distasteful.
