i always have a hard time starting my drawing, normally because I cant draw the base or outline. If you have any tips, i could really use them.

well first things first is the head when your drawing the head make it in the shape of an upside down egg. and draw a line down the middle seperating it in half then draw a line across it a little abover the middle those we be the guidlines of where to position the eyes

If you mean in base you want me to explain how you should draw the guy and girl and their bases? Cause they are very different(unless you want them musculine or feminine)
