Additional Defence: defencive kido spells used by Squad 3 are more powerful without any additional burdens. the capacity for blocking attacks is increased and time limits are a minute longer
EX: 68. Hitoshirenu Nankan can block stronger attacks and lasts a minute longer.

So if a person from your Squad uses Bakudo: 68. Hitoshirenu Nankan instead of it blocking hado spells from 54 and under it will block hado spells from 60 and under then instead of waiting five minutes before the caster can use it the caster only need to wait four minutes until they can use it?

That's the basic idea. keep in mind that this only applies to defensive kido, attack, sealing, support, and healing kido remain the same.
