No.
It's not about school.
This question is directed to the 'mainstream' or popular animes/mangas in my case. Just because they're popular does that mean they are usually good?
To me it's obvious that they're not. Look at Twilight. Belle is nothing more than a useless girl that can't do s**t without a man in her life, there's also a 10000 yr old virgin and a very bland plot. I don't get how anyone can like it.

I'm indifferent to this xd I like Naruto, Bleach as well as One Piece and they're all popular. I only like them though, not that they are the best thing in the world. But Bioshock and Halo is also very popular. But that's debatable, lol.

xsasuke_shippuden I'm indifferent to this xd I like Naruto, Bleach as well as One Piece and they're all popular. I only like them though, not that they are the best thing in the world. But Bioshock and Halo is also very popular. But that's debatable, lol. The thing with Bioshock it exceeding for everyone's expectation thus everyone liked it. It's popular because of that. Now with anime. It's only popular because lots of kids heard of it.
