good job with looking at a pic and drawing it some of the proportions are off and it needs more detail, do a little color practicing and u'll be set ^^

It looks a bit squished, but does hold a strong resemblance to your reference picture. >.3 Good job!

Your face is a little to squashed.. it's too small...
The chest of the character is little too sharp
The character you drew... the hair is way too flat you should see the original picture the hair is bouncy.
But good for you it does look abit like the character you drew from ... smile

It's not bad :3 It's good to start learning by using a reference of work. This can help your ability to perceive things and your art will improve.
