to answer your REAL question: how to ask your parents.
mine are strict to but here are some points you can use offer to pay half or all express how badly you want them show them it is important to you say you reserched how to take care of them you are responsible enough to keep them offer to wear clear ones during school
Sit her down and have a calm talk when she is in a GOOD mood haha even clean the house before she gets home to earn extra brownie points,

I would actually love to get snake bites. My mum won't even let me get my eyebrow pierced until I move out of her house. She says it isn't professional, especially if I'm trying to get a job. sweatdrop

And I am planning on asking her in like 2 weeks... So we'll see how it goes.

Honestly, I wouldn't reccommend asking untill you're at least 16. I had to wait untill I turned 18 to get mine done. But it was worth the wait! 3nodding
