This is a Wip currently >.3 but I wish to show you my progress and let you guys give me notes as I am still working on it! Feel free to comment how you would like, but remember that it is still a wip, so some parts have yet to be finished -but feel free to comment on it any ways!-

The pictures that follow are in order of when I finished what. >3 I shall add more as I finish more! -btw, yes this is a gaia avi. >3 going crazy.... but tiss an art trade alas. XDD So I am doing this for one piece of art. lol, and an example for my shops. >333-

Nice job coloring the skin, and the eye looks real good too!

The hands look a little akward, the hand on the hip the knuckles shouldnt be sticking up so much it think.

The elbow seems a little to 'round' i swear that knees and elbows have their own shape though.

I really like it! blaugh

There's only one thing that bothers me. The hand that's holding the sword. The part between the two bends joints of the fingers isn't that long and the finger that's closer to the blade is much too long compared to the finger behind it which would ideally seem longer unless that's the tip of the finger at the end of the hilt.

I know its on the hip it just seemed like the knuckles stuck out to much sweatdrop
Well, good job on your first without a referance picture, realsim is hard to draw, still working on it myself xp

now to figure out a background... >.<
