"Stop! Thief!"
You yell as a boy nicks your wallet and dashes away. You chase after him shouldering through the crowd. He dances out of reach,your wallet in his fingers. You break free from the crowd and chase him down an alley where he turns a corner and dashes into a part of town you've never entered before. Its obviously part of the slums; the run down buildings make that clear. However the people stare at you with hungry eyes. A man nearby flicks a dagger and flashes you a grin.
"Welcome to the Thieves district!"
He chuckles at your ignorance and throws your wallet too you; he had snatched it from the boy only a second before. You pocket it and take a look around. The walls are covered in posters and fliers advertising people's shady businesses and rewards for certain crooks.
"Wait."
The man from before takes a step forward and gets in your face.
"Whatever you do,don't you dare enter that building over there."
He points at a well worn stone building.
"Thats where we conduct Business with the king."
He chuckles at your confusion and leaves you standing alone,bewildered.

Achi watches as the confused man walks away from the shadows. Then he looks to the other man, now gaged and tied. "I wanted that" Achi then stuffs a stink bomb in his mouth and walks away. " Just another day..." He sighs

A tall man dashed after Achi,a smile on his face.
"Well if it isnt Achi! I didn't think I'd see ya back in our little community. How are ya,ya little street rat?"
Caesar grinned. It had been along time since he had seen Achi last.

Achi picked up some random pipe and began examining it. "I wana learn how to make my own bombs instead of steal them from the doc. He won't teach me though..."

Caesar blinked at the other man. He could understand why the dock would hold out some destructive information like that; Achi wasn't exactly responsible.
"Well...you could always ask someone in the Mafia...aren't you close to their boss,Xenia?"
The thief flinched at the name. She scared him - alot.

"Heh" Achi found it amusing how many people feared his good friend. "Yeah me and XENIA are real close, but I really wana learn the doc's secrets." Achi smiled as he thought of the doc bombs and capsules.
