Personality: A bit shy, cool and mostly a lone wolf at first impression. He is softhearted and eccentric (I cant help it, I have to involve paranormal interests everytime; obsession no matter what character) when you get to know him. Is a bit of techie type of guy and he always seems to have to have toolkit hidden somewhere for any occassion.

Bio: He has dark brown, messy short hair, thick, hawk winged shaped eyebrows and gray eyes. He has a soul patch goatee and a scars upon his lower cheek, forehead and other hidden places. He's a bit taller than average (6'2") and he's very lean and slender. You could say he could bulk up a bit! Tsuko's voice is deep and always seems a bit hoarse. His IQ is above average, nevertheless he still slacks off, not really caring about schoolwork and the like. He spends most of his time, reading, writing, working on computers or working at a bike shop.

His father murder his mother when he was only 5. His father was locked up so, Tsuko grew up tossed from home to home of relatives. When he turned 16 his grandfather died, so he ran off on his own to a place no one would remind him of his background, so he ended up in this city and had to pick up work right away.
