Hey, I was trying some new teams and I realised that I screw'd up my team. They all are low lvl. Do you have any good tips to lvl up faster?

You don't want to level them up too fast or you'll do some massive stat damage. They won't gain all the little benefits added to their stats and only gain base levelup stats if you do.
But if you must, for an in-game quick win:
Rare Candy them to death.
Experience Share and include them in high-level battles with quick switch-out.
Get the Lucky Egg if you can (good luck, they're really rare), it boosts experience points gained in every battle.
Trade them to another game AND equip the Lucky Egg and wowza, even MORE experience point gain.
Beware of any of these tactics. Your pokemon's stat gains are based off of experience points, its EV settings, how you battle, etc etc etc and there are endless ways to tweak this to get the best stats possible to match your pokemon's Nature and moveset, as well as general stat layout. This does not matter much on an in-game team BUT it sure matters a heck of a lot on a tournament-wannabe team.
