Interesting topic Jasper! However I feel that it might work best in our fan-fiction subform! It may or may not be moved (depending on if an admin is currently active) but no need to worry you've done nothing wrong! I've included a link to the fanfiction subform below.
Fanfiction Subform
I can't say I've read bad fanfiction but I have read some with thin story lines and choppy writing. Just find one with a summary that starts with "What if..." and you'll probably understand what I mean pretty quickly. whee
