If it's for yourself,
then you just say the spell while moving your hand over your own body. It still works.
As for trying it on someone that isn't into magic,
I'm not sure if it works from a distance.
You could cast a circle, and have a picture of the person you're doing it on, and then try the spell.
But not totally sure if it would work.
