ok so this is a real thing and i thought about it since i'm in statistics
i heard this commercial on the radio that was like ' 1 in 5 women will be a victim of physical abuse, the ______ women's help center carries pepper spray and physical training classes to make you more safe. Don't be a statistic.'
Isn't that STILL making you a statistic? You are just now not in the lesser end of importance of the stat, but you are one of the 4 in 5 women who AREN'T victims, you know?
