They feel so good. ;w; Once I'm home again, I'm going to try to do this three or four times a week. Kick my own a** back into shape, y'know?
How long do you guys ladies try to work out for? How many times a week?

Before finals, I was at the gym for about an hour 3-4 times a week. I really haven't been active since then, though in the week before last I was walking for around an hour 3 nights a week.
I need to stop being so lazy. ;_;

During school time, I go out for walks/runs three times a week, sometimes more if I'm restless or stressed. I usually go for about an hour or two, depends on how tired I am from school. I also do an hour on a treadmill at my school's gym probably once a fortnight.
When I'm not in school though, I'm such a vegetable. I've been out of school for 3 weeks now and I think I've only gone out for a walk/run twice in that entire time.

I do something fun until I get tired. I don't even keep track anymore but it's working. I used to try to run, count calories etc. and all that but that stuff got boring fast so now I am just winging it with whatever seems to be the best decision.
