I hated the video because it's obviously animal cruelty >.>
But I chuckled at this comment: And so the time comes that Donatello surpasses his teacher Master Splinter.

xXxLadyAngelxXx Ew must be 18years old to view. Ugh. -_-; I agree. I couldn't finish watching this. NOT for faint hearted rodent/pet lovers. Edit for Hampy - I agree. It IS animal cruelty. You CAN kill the rats before giving them as food. For god sakes, the poor things were still twitching. -_-;

Sure, you could kill them first. Or, you could set them free out into the wild where this would likely be their fate... Just not so openly seen.

Hm, i don't know. I mean i didn't know that turtles eat rodents. But i guess i could watch it because:
1. Not only me but all of you i would imagine are inured to watching, lets say, a cheetah eat a gazelle. But why would the turtle eating the rodent be any different? I suppose because people would consider rats to be "Cute". But both turtles and rats are kept as house pets. But only one can be considered vermin. As in: you don't want it in your house. Which brings up and interesting fact. Some people get cats to take care of their rats. I don't know if the cat kills the rats any more or less brutal then this turtle, but it dies nonetheless.
2. I kinda like the music used for the video.
In conclusion: Animal cruelty? Meh, i don't think so. Otherwise, releasing your cats on a rat search and destroy killing spree i guess would be animal cruelty as well.

I'd actually prefer not to think about a cheetah eating a gazelle. I watch the Discovery channel, but it's more for the animal porn than watching them eat. But hey, that's me.
Cats have been domesticated far longer than snapping turtles. I wouldn't consider them both preying on rats the same thing. In my world, snapping turtles are considered food, and not pets.

My favorite part was the one rat who was basically ripped in half and still trying to swim away.
Nature at its finest. razz
I was eating dinner when I watched this, and I could still eat afterward.

I found that quite amusing as well ninja I dissected a rat last year so seeing the innards of a rat is nothing new rofl
