Alright, I know that all you noobs out their are probably confused but before you ask a moderator a question you should check out the Help/FAQ subforum to see if your question is already answered. If you can't find it in there then by all means ask one of the moderators on the moderator's list. Each mod has someone that they specialize in so ask a specialist before asking the guild captain or vice captain.

Also when waiting for a customs or a profile to be accepted please give a mod at least two days to accept before asking them again (unless they've been online the whole day and you feel like they are completely ignoring your existence xD ). If two days pass you can ask the guild captain or vice captain to accept your request.
