Krylon started making their caps permanently bonded to the can, because they figured out their cans were being used to go mobbing.... It was decent quality and cheap... Now I'm forced to buy expensive a** high grade paint... scream

I'm rockin' a blue one right now) I don't see why Krylon would change the cap because they're being used for graff -- It definitely made them more money; And since when do businessmen have morales?
