Physical description-

Clothes- Moka wears the traditional Shinigami Uniform, except that the white undershirt is tight fitting with tight sleeves that reach down to just above her elbow and her black overtop has no sleeves. The white sash around her middle has decorative blue tendrils of thread stitched into it reminiscent of ice.

Zanpakutō Spirit- Name: Touketsu Suru Hi

Spirit Appearance
He is a shorter male, only around 5 foot 3, with very pale blue skin and messy burnt auburn hair. His eyes are a cool blue with ice blue crystals near the pupil. They also have flecks of darker blue and red, making his eyes appear violet at times. When he is angry they are a stromy blue and they are framed by thick eyelashes. He is slender with muscle definition in his arms, legs and torso and he wears a black muscle man t-shirt and baggy, billowy pants that seem to shimmer different colours like greens, blues etc and they give the appearance of flowing water. His feet are bare, but it is hard to tell because his pant legs extend past his feet.
Personality
He is witty and sarcastic when talking to his master, but like his master he is reserved and doesn't communicate with other zanpakuto. He doesn't contain the extremely cold bite that Moka has, instead being more even keel, though still very, very cold. He has an incredible passion for whatever he sets his mind to and it burns like fire does. He also has a strong sense of justice, but also an even stronger sense of honour and pride. His name - translated as Frozen Fire - is because he is an ice type Zanpakuto, but the Fire part is more referring to his passionate personality.
Relationship to Master
The relationship between Moka and her zanpakuto is one of mutual respect and friendship. Touketsu Suru Hi is the only person that Moka has been able to lay bare her feelings and desires to and in response the zanpakuto spirit has laid bare his own feelings, experiences and desires. They both have been through a lot of hardships and so they were able to create a bond of understanding which soon strengthened to a strong friendship. Touketsu Suru Hi is always trying to push Moka to be the best that she can be to help her get stronger and in turn he too gets stronger. Their bond runs deep and nothing is able to completely sever it as it is a bond built on respect and understanding.
Inner World
Moka's inner world is styled after the frozen river from her earliest memory. It is calm and serene with the river frozen over and white trees dotted around with icicles acting as leaves, hanging from the branches. The entire ground is covered with fluffy, white snow, and the place has a feeling of it being undisturbed and untouched.

Unreleased Appearance
It looks like a normal katana with an abnormal hilt which looks almost like a snowflake from a certain angle. The hilt and grip is a powder blue with flecks and swirls of darker shades of blue swirling randomly around making it look quite attractive. The blade of the katana has irregular lengths of blue tendril snaking down from the hilt to end at different lengths on the blade to give the appearance that the bade is being iced over. The blade is around 65cm.
Shikai- Call Out Phrase: Chikyuu wo koora senasai, Touketsu Suru Hi
Translation - Freeze the Earth, Frozen Fire
Shikai Appearance
The blue tendrils on the swords turn into ice and swirl and move so that it is all over the sword and they also extend and move along Moka's arm so that her and her sword are connected, the blade just becomes an extension of her arm and the size of the blade shrinks so that it only extends roughly 20cm away from the arm. The ice tendrils travels all the way up to her shoulder so that it looks like blue veins all along her arm, with more veins than actual skin showing.
Shikai Abilities
Name of Ability: Hisame (Ice storm)
Description of Attack - Millions of tiny, sharp ice shards rain down on the ground. It can cut through things that are weaker in power than Moka with relative ease, but they can be dodged or protected against by beings of higher power or skill - but can still cut them under certain circumstances, like if they were previously injured and weren't at their best.
Type - Ice
Range - It has a wide circular range about 30 metres in diameter.
Limitation - There needs to be a high level of moisture nearby to be used in the attack, and it needs to come from water - not any other forms of moisture in blood. It can be easily defended against with kido, and the ice particles can be turned into harmless water if the temperature is risen high enough. With higher powered opponents, the attack will hurt less as they have more power meaning that their natural defenses would act as a shield, so that the sharp points wouldn't feel as sharp to them, possibly not getting cut at all - depending on their strength (eg Someone of the same level as Ichigo for instance) - opposed to weaker opponents
Name of Ability: Toushou (frostbite)
Description of Attack - The zanpakuto sword blade grows so cold it feels as though it is burning when it touches skin and ice instantly starts to form over where it has touched.
Type - ice
Range - close contact fighting with the sword. It is limited to an area 5cm away from where the blade has struck in every direction
Limitation - It needs to have time to allow the sword to cool down to such a cold temperature - between 5 to 10 minutes. The ice only stays for a few minutes depending on the strength of the opponent - five tops for the weaker opponents, less time for stronger ones - before it melts away, but it can't be used exccessively and it can only be used three times in a row before the blade needs more time to cool down so that it keeps the right temperature. It can also be blocked by somebody of a higher power level with kido.
Name of Ability: Mizu ha retsu (water burst)
Description of Attack - A small ball of water - only about 8cm in diameter - shoots out from the end of the zanpakuto at an opponent. If it hits them it explodes its water everywhere, but it isn't painful no matter who the opponent is. The idea of the attack is to act as a diversion not as an attack that inflicts pain. It is very similar to when a water balloon is thrown at someone and it explodes. After the watre burts it is pulled to the earth by gravity, so there isn't anything special about the water, and it can by a few seconds of time depending on how quickly the other person can recover from it. Though it is just normal water, its chemical composition is slightly different in the way that it has a higher melting point than water usually has, so it can't be frozen, so it can't aid in Moka's Toushou attack. Also, because of the differences in the water she produces and the natural surrounding water, she can't just absorb the moisture from her own attack for her Hisame attack.

Range - it can be shot up to 5 feet away
Limitation - the further the distance away it is being shot to, the harder it is to aim properly and hit the target. Also it can be dodged easily with shunpo, or even if the opponent sees it coming, they can move out of the way without shunpo

Personality- Moka is very introverted and reserved, preferring to keep to herself rather than be in the company of other people. She isn't shy and has very strong opinions, she just isn't very good at communicating and talking to people. When forced into a social situation she tends to just listen. Her attitude is very cool and she is said to be cold sometimes. However, she has a quick temper, but it is a biting cold temper, rather than a hot temper.
She is also a very dedicated, hard working person who gives their all to every job, no matter how small. Her respect for people in authoritive positions, along with her skills, has made her able to develop a reputation as an exceptional Shinigami. But she is also extremely ambitious and always aims for the top, and anything below her aims is unsatisfying and unacceptable.
Moka finds it very hard to trust other people. Though, even if she doesn't trust easily, other people find it easy to trust her because she never spills any secrets and never tells anyone unecessary information, making her perfect at keeping secrets. She has a lot of integrity and a deep sense of justice, but she isn't blinded by the need to sentence people, because she is also very fair and listens to all sides of an argument/disagreement/situation before coming to a conclusion.
She is extremely intelligent and calculating, and she also always makes very rational decisions based on facts rather than emotion. She hardy ever lets her emotions show, preferring to hide them behind her cool mask in case she is seen as weak if she lets them show. Not many people know the true Moka because she likes to push people away when they try to get close, because she fears that they may be able to break her so carefully protected and guarded mask that she wears. Her mask protects her from the harsh realities of the world, because she can just shut down the empathatic and sympathetic part of her mind and lock it away in her mask
Weakness- When it comes to power most of the time her opponent will have the upper hand.
Biography- Moka grew up in the slums of the 67th District in Rukongai. Her earliest memory is waking up by a river frozen over with ice and covered in snow, when she was around 70 years old, and she believes that to be the first time she saw Soul Society after dying. The memory of the serene, undisturbed ice river has stayed with her over the years as she grew older, serving as her favourite inspiration - to be able to make the world peaceful and serene like that river, without the violence and corruption in life. She never had parents or a family unit, in the 67th District slums nobody cared about a little orhan girl. She learnt about her new world by listening to other people's conversations here and there and then piecing together the bits of disjointed knowledge until she had a fair amount of understanding.
By the time she was 80 she knew that her hunger pangs were abormal and caused by her higher than normal spirit power. Food was a rarity in her District as most didn't need to eat and were too poor to afford anything anyway, so in order to survive she had to learn to hunt the wild animals and stealtily take whatever she needed. Her skills honed as she grew, and her shorter stature helped her to slip out of hard situations, and her developing beauty helped in situations she couldn't easily escape. She gained invaluable skills in stealing, stealth, hunting, charming and running - she was extremely fast. She trained everyday to keep herself in top physical condition. Her training mostly consisted of running long distances.
By the time she 109, Moka knew that she could no longer stay in the 67th District as her spirit powers were growing and becoming more unstable with each passing day. As she walked, ran and hitch-hiked her way towards Seireiti - her large symbol of hope and freedom - she witnessed the poverty and inequality, with the division between the rich and the poor growing with each district she passed on her way. To her, the fact that some people had everything while their neighbours had nothing, and yet the were unwilling to share sickened her. She promised herself that she would eventually reach the top of the heirarchy and destroy the division and make everyone equal.
She enrolled at the academy when she reached the first district - it took her a little over a year to travel that long distance, with many sleepless nights and a lot of fights along the way. At the academy she was welcomed instantly by the students and the instructors. However, her cold nature shone through quickly and the students shunned and regected her, but she didn't care because she was used to it. Her talent was apparent to everyone and most became jealous of her skills and brain and took to bullying her to try and get a rise out of her. They saw her cold fury a few times, but didn't recognise for her anger because it was so cold. Many of the students got the impression that Moka was emotionless, uncaring and callous, but after she beat all the students in the hand-to-hand combat class single handedly nobody dared to tell her that to her face.
After two years in the academy, Moka had been advanced through the years as it became apparent that the lower years held no challenge for her, until she was moved up into the last year - her graduating year. It was in this year that she first successfully communicated with her zanpakuto spirit in her inner world. After almost eight hours of talking with her zanpakuto, and a promise that she would not use the powers of the zanpakuto for evil, corrupted purposes, she was granted with her sword. Everyday until she graduated she practised with her sword in private, until her swordman skills surpassed even those of the instructors. She soon graduated and was put into the third division even though she had not obtained shikai, because her skills were described as being 'irreplacable'.
She trained hard everyday, pushing herself beyond her bodies limitations time and time again, with the same thing in her head 'how can I reach the top if I don't even have a shikai?' Her determination and perseverence eventually paid off and she was rewarded with her shikai a few days before her 150th birthday. Five days later, on the 7th of April Moka turned 150.
Moka doesn't interact unless needed with the other Shinigami and her fellow officers from all divisions call her 'Koori-hime' behind her back, which translated into english basically means 'Ice Princess'. Her beauty, skills and intelligence intimidates a lot of people, especially the fact that she has all three of those things at such a young age. She has seen the different sides to the world, and so to protect herself from it she wears a mask and pushes everyone away, and because of that she bears all her burdens alone, and even though she's only 160 and prefers to be alone, the emotional burden is starting to be too heavy for her to carry, yet she refuses to be weak and allow somebody to help her.
