Have a roleplay Gym Badges/EliteFour/Battle frontier. Like each gym, will have a Level Range- Elite four will have same level range till champion....
which got another level range...Than once the champion is defeated they can make their team lv100s but cant go challenge elite four/gyms unless they start from the first gym.(For those who were the first champions. also a elite can resign sand start with the level range of first gym.) Of course you cant get legendarys tell your a defeated champion. After your defeated champion you can go to the battle front tier and do either lv100s(all) From only 2pokemon to All 6pokemon(Either one) Or u could do the same as with lv50(all). An do with a partner in the front tier.(I;m getting some of this from the pokemon games) Also you can travel to different Region or Start at a different Region...(We shouldnt do the pokemon from black and white till we have it in the us or english speaking countries. So pokemon black and white region will be left out till further notice). Fighting is like roleplaying as a character with power. But with like 1-6pokemon. Pokemon must feint after awhile or a vice or leader will have to break into the fight. And have someone have their pokemon feint(Can't force)And the way to do that is to make sure they sportsmanship. Or a mod can have the players choose a number through 1 and 10(Like they will say a number they will pick.)Than the mod creates a dice made 1-10 and the person closest to the number will not have their pokemon feint. The further away person will. if there is a tie than they do it again.( say like 1 picks 4 and the other picks 6 and the dice number is 5, get it?)Their character will look like their avi, or a avi made from Tektek, but the tektek will have to be posted atleast one at each beginning battle.(Such as they fight a trainer or a gymist or a elite/champion, as the battle starts they will post their tektek avi and battle from there, they can only do it once if they like.)And you get the idea with battle front tier, you go up to like 5-10rooms and battle, same rules apply.

I know but if this guild is Succesful wich i think it will be we may be able to create a second guild like kinda of a Pokemon shop guild and RPs and extra stuff like that

My suggestion is that you shouldnt have to have all pokemon from 1 area, because technically, Chimchar has been around just as long as Charmander.

It would limit peoples teams and it would get boring.
