No, but seriously. You should see the s**t that the North Korean media say about Kim Jong-Il. They make him out to be some sort of God. They claim he hits 3-4 holes in one during one round of Golf (which is ******** impossible), That the weather reflects his mood, that he has composed musicals, that he is an internet expert. Basically they make him out to be the baddest ******** in all of the world.

The deification was going on during his father's reign, Kim Jong-Il has managed to take it to new heights of madness.
America should be relatively safe since that's where his precious American Soap Opreas and pop music come from...unless the soaps stop pleasing him.
The man is completely deranged and needs to be put down.

They won't cause WWIII, I don't think. You'd have to have one group of nations against another and I think most people are backing South Korea. I don't know about China since I believe North Korea is there ally (since they border on the same land). Then Russia will go with China...
But, really, North and South Korea will probably fight each other and the other nations will stay out of it. No one wants to go to war unless they absolutely have to. I think China is the game changer. Say they want North Korea to win, then they would help supply North Korea with weapons and possibly troops. If that happens then other nations might back South Korea in an effort to help out an ally and stem communism from spreading (if, indeed, that's what China would want --- to spread communism.) I doubt China would though seeing as how they don't want everyone on their case. No one wants a world war. Seriously.
tl;dr: ffffffffffffffff no.
