"Thank you very much." She said softly, giving him a small smile. She listened attentatively to Spearmint's tale, ears flicking every so often at the little connections. She blushed softly at his dream, her mind going to what any woman's would have done. What if-... "Me?" She shook her head. "Rather close to yours. "Don't know where exactly I'm from, but I grew up cared for by my grandparents. ...They said my parents were lousy, so I guess I was lucky." She looked forward, tail low at the memory. "When they died, I didn't want to stay there, so I left and have been looking around for a new home."

Mint blushed softly and nodded and listened. "Oh I see, I am very sorry for your loss, but they seemed to have cared for you very much otherwise they wouldn't have taken you in" he sighed and gently nuzzled her side. Realizing what he had done her averted his eyes, the heat in his face coming back. "I..I..uh anyway shall we continue?" he was blushing and stammering, and then thinking back to what he had said to her, a little phrase floated into his head. What if...she was the one?... he swallowed hard and stealing a glance at her he blushed again hoping his fur hid it from her, he thought about how lovely she was. 'did I really...just think that...?'

Avalon flicked her ears back and looked to the side bashfully. Such forwardness! But... it had seemed more like an attempt to comfort than anything else. "Thank you... I suppose you're right." She hadn't liked her grandparents much, and she kknew the feeling was mutual. No need for him to worry about that though. "Continue? Yes, lets." She said, giving him a smile. Yes, it was time to continue. They weren't around anymore, and she was making a friend. Yes, life was going to continue, finally. "Do you know our first destination yet?"
