every 16 and pregnant show i've watched in the past day, it took the girls a couple days to get back to their regular size after having da baby.


but uhhh, dresses are the way to go.

I think you're only supposed to gain around 30lbs during pregnancy, if you gain more than that it might be real hard to lose once you give birth and you're dealing with the new baby and all.

It depends how much you weigh to begin with actually o:
My doctor hasn't told me, but I know if you're overweight to begin with you should only gain around 15. I've gained 5 so far I think and it's almost been 3 months so if it keeps going at this rate I should be alright.
