 Ares was on the prowl. His boy low to the ground and his ears pinned back. When he was like this he was even more of a animal than he was usually. He was on the hunt, he had a thirst for blood. Anything's blood, as long as it was warm and fresh in his mouth. He darted through the bush. The next moment he was growling, his teeth sunk into a unexpected furry creature which was no doubt minding its own business. Oh how this forest produced wonders. It was now dead, its life fluid rushing into his mouth. It felt good.
His powerful tail swished behind him and his horns shone in the intense sun light. He was a large male, one who was not scared about throwing around his muscles.

 Wandering the forest usually kept her busy. Watching and observing took up a great deal of her time. She hated most of those around her. They were all soo.... Happy. It wasn't that she was jealous in any way about their happiness, it mainly the way they flaunted that happiness and seemed to make it spread from creature to creature like some kind of disease.
Wings twitching behind her at the thought. How disgusting.
Ryssa's ears twitched as she heard a feral growl nearby. It drew her. She hadn't heard a sound like that coming from anyone but herself. And even she did it on occasion to scare annoying Sitara away. She crept slowly into the bushes, careful to keep downwind for the most part. It wouldn't help to sneak up on something that could smell her coming, would it? Her eyes narrowed as the creature came into view. It had curled horn and what looked like jewelry. Hmm... Interesting creature indeed.

Ares continued his meal, still unaware he was bring watched. Which was probably a good thing considering he was very protective of his food. Killing was a art from to him and his job was not done until he had drained every last drop of blood from the creatures corpse. It was just the way he was.
He raised his head, red fluid still warm dripping from his mouth. His bright eyes scanning the area. Something deep down was trying to tell him that something was not right. He licked his lips. A low growl coming from the back of his throat. A threatening one. He did not like being watched. If someone was out there he wound find them soon enough.

Ryssa's eyes narrow more slightly as she heard him growl lowly. He couldn't know she was here, could he? Her sigh was a bit heavy as she parted the leaves that blocked his view of her. She made her way a bit closer, but far enough away to give him his space until she figured out what exactly this strange sitara was.
"You knew I was here, how?" She asked smoothly, her tone sultry yet tinted with curiosity.

"Skill my dear. Skill." He stated, his eyes still scanning the land trying to find out where the source of the voice had come from, by the sounds of it, it was another female. His eyes then flicked over to some movement, the female showing her form to him. Now was she not a strange one. He had never seen anyone with wings like hers. It did raise a interest however she looked nothing like a demon. He was confused. He would have to weigh her up. She might be a mutant like him, I guess this encounter could go either way. Depending on which side the female was on.
"My, are we not the special one?" He asked, his tone deep with a small hint of evil laughter. Cackling and growling. He moved towards the female. He wanted to get a better look.

"If you say so. I consider myself, no more special than anyone else." she stated. Her ears twitched as she she took in his odd laughter. Something in it sounded... odd. Not necessarily wrong, but definitely not good either. Which for her, was a great thing. The wings on her back fluttered excitedly at this new knowledge.
She moved slowly, not away from the odd male, but around him. Simply taking in her this new creature from all angles. "Why haven't I seen you here before? I've been avoiding the large areas where groups congregate, and yet I've never seen you." she brow lifted as she got a better glimpse of the armor he donned on his back. It looked like he was prepped for a battled. But why?
