Has anyone ever heard of this author? He's quite good but doesn't have too many titles out. If you want to read anything of his these are the books I know by him

The Storm Theif
The Fade

Those are the only ones I really know, I'm certain he has more but Alaizabel Cray was the first one I've read. It's one of my most read books along with The Snow-Walker by Catharine Fisher, another book I highly recommend for fantasy lovers.
