Jirachi and Dragonite
I was just wondering if im allowed to use them here, im pretty sure Dragonite was made Uber, which makes me sad crying , but im just checking, and im praying im allowed to use my JIrachi.

I'm not even sure why the question of Jirachi and/or Dragonite tier status arose, but those two have been OU for quite some time now.
