Hiyuu walked into the shop, yawning slightly he found a seat and sat down not really aware of the things happening around the shop.

Kate squirmed out of the girls grip and ran towards the murderer she swung her un-injured leg and made it connect with his face. He slammed into the wall, "Leave them out of this." She said coldly. Kate took a deep breath, trying to hold back all the anger boiling up inside of her.

Hiyuu ordered strawberry milk, now watching what was happening out of the corner of his eye. Once he got his order though he smiled gratefully before drinking it.

Kate took some chairs and stacked them ontop of the unconcious man and ordered some vanilla frozen yogurt. She sat down at a table as if nothing happened and began to eat, her leg still bleeding and her face bruised.

~Strange town, strange people~ Hiyuu thought to himself, pulling a book out of his inner coat pocket and begining to read it as he drank.

Kate rubbed her eye but pushed her yogurt off the edge, her vision glazed for a second and the yogurt flew into her hand. She grinned and continued to eat untill she heard a growling noise.
The man pushed the chairs off him and lunged at Kate. Only to have Kate hold up her cup of yogurt, and then get his face smushed in the frozen dairy treat. "WHY YOU LITTLE-!" He grabbed her by her neck and threw her into a wall. Kate sprang to her feet, only to be kicked down again.
The man had her cornered, but she then roundhouse kicked him out of her way. "Geez, why can't you just GIVE UP!" She screamed.
"Because I came to finish a job." He said and pointed a gun at her head.

Hiyuu watched over the top of the book, taking sips from his milk every now and then. He was wondering if helping would be a good thing or bad thing.

Kate froze, looking at the gun pointed at the center of her forehead. She then smirked and swung her leg once more, doing so, she knocked the gun out of his hand. She caught it in mid-air and pointed it at him, "That was for dad." Kate said softly and cocked the gun to the side, "And this is for mom." She said and hit his head with it.
"I can't even kill a man that murdered my parents. I can't even belive myself." Kate murmured and slumped to the ground, she hugged her knees and buried her face in them, feeling pathetic and weak.

Hiyuu stood up, he had already finished his drink and walking up to the counter he payed for it in change. "Guess i need to find a way to make money" Hiyuu said silently to himself looking at his wallet and the little money he had left. Turning away from the counter he walked outside and left.

Kate just stood still she really hated herself. So she grabbed the gun and shot him, "Done." She said and walked out without thinking.

HiJinx strolled in and ordered a medium vanilla milkshake. She payed for it and paced around, drinking the shake. After a few minutes she walked out, to the park.
