Bow Name: Washi no Tsume [Eagle Claw (correct my japanese if i'm wrong)]
Bow appearance: Look's like a normal English longbow except at the top and bottom of the bow are large claws.
Bow Abilities: When more reishi being put into an arrow the tip grows in to a claw. This allows for the pinning of targets to the ground, wall, ect.
Quincy Final Form Bow Appearance: It appears the same, but when the arrows are released they turn into giant birds and attack the target. The birds do not go away after each hit and keep attacking until all the spirit energy from Denkiteki is gone.

Biography/History:Born in Japan, his mother was the Quincy parent in the family and his father never knew anything about it. Denkiteki's father died when he was only 7 and his mother decided that it was time to teach Denkiteki about his quincy powers. For the sake of being able to have access to him all the time his mother home schooled him for 3 years. He was taught everything he needed to know in order to start to train himself, and his mom sent him back to school.
Denkiteki always thought having such powers was a large responsibility and never told any one any about them, and never even talked with his mom about them. One day when he was 13 he found a package in his room. In it were seele schneiders and silver tubes. His mom walked in his room, saw what was in the package, and told him what they were and how to use them. She also told him that a package was from his grandfather who died many years before, but did not tell him what his grandfather died from.
When Denkiteki was 14 he fought his first Hollow along side his mother, she then told him after the battle to only kill a Hollow when it was absolutely necessary. When they got home she told him about the Quincy-Shinigami war, why it was sent into motion, her opinion about it, and the result. He understood that what the Shinigami did was somewhat justified but wrong at the same time, but thought more so that the "Quincy holds off Hollows until the Shinigami came to finish them off" plan was a great idea and thought that the Shinigami just wanted all the Quincy to die.
His mom disappeared later that year. The house had already been payed of and his inheritance was enough to get by until he needed to get a job. He currently blames the Hollow for his mom's disappearance, not the Shinigami.
