Currently a 91B going into my second year and am considering reclassing to 19D. What I wanna know is: what do you do in the rear exactly (ala do you do a s**t ton of bullshit details or do you actually train a good bit) and what you do on deployment.

Only forever late for this post...But please, for your sake, do NOT go 19K. That's a really bad idea. 19D is alright though. It's what I am. In garrison you do a lot of details and vehicle cleaning and maintenance. it all really depends on whether you go light or armored cav scout. Either way i am sure you will get a LOT of training time. Deployments are the same for everyone in combat arms now. We all roll around in MRAPS or HMMWV's and sit in KLE's.
