Within the stone walls of the tan city, is a land filled with the unwanted-gypsies, thieves, himarians, jinns-built as a home for them all. It's a beautiful oasis located in the middle of the world of the Dijinn. In the center of this city is their castle, a grand palace with dome roofs and an observatory filled with plants and telescopes of magic. Only those of the dijinn (genie) race may enter the palace without consequence, but all are free to wander the streets of Sentura and see the wonders of this city.
During the full moon, himarian maidens wander the streets for the festival, which includes dancing and drinking among other forms of celebrating. The city has its own market and once a week desert cattle and fruits are brought in- including rare creatures.
