According to other sources, their names, Reshiram and Zekrom are going to be the same internationally to, and that they are both part dragon.
Apparently Japan is shooting to release the game in September while the North American and European versions of Black and White have been confirmed for a spring 2011 release date, as announced by press releases from Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe.

Though I do know that when I get one of the games I'll most likely go with Black.

the fact that both games might be different, be sides the whole exclusive pokemon, seems like a cool idea but how do you think the 3rd version is gonna end up?

I'm way more excited about these legendaries than the last ones.
Honestly, it seems to me that since the 3rd Gen. the legendaries are looking more and more Gundam to me. xD

the white version looks kinda dumb and the black version looks like a dragon thing that belongs to the transformers..but i most likely would get black

I have to admit, they do look pretty interesting..
