I never really bothered that much with the 40GC thing, it was kinda annoying and more work than what I was feeling like putting forth XD So I left it to rot in your grandmother's underwear. xd

It is because of a glitch that users are still allowed to get the GC from the link. The link was supposed to be deactivated when the event concluded and the GC granted during that time was supposed to expire that month as well. But now new users, who were not even on Gaia during the event period, are being granted 40 free GC that expire at the end of this month.

Exploiting glitches are against Gaia's Terms of Service. ^^
