Failure to Follow Rules
The failure to follow the guild rules, as well as the Gaia ToS are an epic distruption to the flow of the guild. Any members found breaking, bending, or going around the rules will be placed on probation. Probation has three levels. The levels depend on the level of severity the user/member has comitted. With the first level, Green, the member is placed under one warning, and watched over by the Crew members. The seconf level, Yellow, is placed on a member if they have either, exceeded the level of Green, or have committed a act of breaking a rule more severe than level Green. The third level, Red, is placed if a member has broken a rule and is now placed on banned status. This can only be placed by the guild Captain. The last and final level is the Black list. These are members who are not permitted to be in the guild again.

Color Codes
Green - Minor infraction, warning
Yellow - Second warning, or violation of major rules
Red - Banned status.
Black - Not to be let in the Guild again.
