The Seven Pillars

The Holy City is shield by an invisible shield of elements which prevents any demons, Dark Knights or Dawn Striders to enter.
There are Seven Pillars, based on the Seven Virtues of the Holy Knights which hold the Shield together.
May one Pillar collapses, the Shield is weakened. May two Pillars collapse and the Shield is no more. As such this is important for all the Pillars to be up at all time in order to ensure the safety of the Holy City.

"Demons!" a scream echoed in the silent night, quickly followed by shrieks and running footsteps.
Yet no Holy Knight was in sight. No one was there to protect the people and the barrier.
A howl, similar to a evil laugh, was resounding above the heads.
Fire and smoke were raising from the Pillar of Temperance. People were running in all direction as a dark shadow disappeared in the night.

At dawn, the pillar was but a mount of burned stones and wood. Its former whiteness was sullied with grey ashes and black soot.
Luckily no one had been hurt but they all knew what it meant regarding the strength of the barrier. They had to act quickly.

"We need to let Her know." a voice said.
Several heads nodded and birds were launched across the Lands of the Knights of Valor.

Meanwhile, workers were gathered and construction started.
