Okay, so today I battled my Friend with my Pokemon HG, he used his SS. We made a little bet, if he won he would get my Vileplume, if I won I would get his Milotic. So of course I would never give up my Vileplume so I battled as hard as I could and I won. When I got the Milotic I went home and checked her out.
Its a pretty normal Milotic, Level 63, Female, Met in Saffron City- Wait what? Saffron City? HOW COULD THIS BE!?
So I was wondering if there is some random group of Milotic in Saffron or if its hacked. >w<

it was hacked, weather its from an egg or not its still hacked because you cant catch Milotics, as far as I know you have to get one through a Feebas.

he most likely caught it from a gym leader. and in-game opponent pokemon have crappy natures. Take Red's pikachu for instance, it's nature isn't anything great. it doesnt give it's speed and special attack it's full potential and it just fails, high level or not >.<
If it were a mild pikachu it would possibly be a challenge but it isn't lol
That milotic is sadly hacked, caught from a gym leader rechallenge most likely.

Holy crap! Your halo, it moves! So that's what it means when it says it won't move or whatever in the marketplace after may 30th....
Anyway, I would get a refund! Go on strike! Riot! Or get a different Pokemon!

Well, next time you bet a Pokemon make sure you that your friend shows you the data (location caught, Pokeball type, etc.) to be sure its not hacked.

There are some hacks i will deal with like the shiny hack if in battle( Not Trade and never used this one). That only effects appearance. Most hack however (Brother had an AR) Effects Pokemon and how they battle. My brother has a flying Golem and 30 lvl 1 mewtwos from eggs. If you Milotic isn't over power and PERFECTLY ev trained i don't see a problem. If its at its highest stats and everything has 24 pp(Had a Blazekin with 24 every move...GTS) and knows Explosion then i've got a problem.
