Biography: Upon the conclusion of every battle, there are always two counterparts: the winner, and the loser. In Lidiya’s case, she was the loser… Or at least the child of the losers. The offspring of Russian mobster and an Italian mobsterette that just so happened to fall in love and join forces, Lidiya’s parents were shot and killed within their home by a hitman of an opposing Family when the girl was age thirteen. Of course, they could have killed her as well, in fact, looking back on it, Lidiya wished that they had done so, but of course, to put a bullet into a young teenage girl on the verge of budding… That was a waste of both a bullet and a body. Besides, why kill what you can rent off to the highest bidder for a night? That was all that a destitute girl was good for, wasn’t it? Prostitution. Such a fate molded Lidiya’s lifestyle for several years.
Rape. Pregnancy. Abortion. The ‘Clap’. The Cure.
Each horror was accepted and treated in turn as Lidiya went through life, each paid inflicted and paid for by the Family that held her leash. After all, an infected or pregnant whore didn’t nearly scrape in as much money as an ‘exotic Russian hybrid’. However, as Lidiya began to show some proficiency in gathering information from customers, as well as some skills in controlling her Flame flow, her owners began to realize that she had several other ‘talents’ that could also be exploited. In time, prostitution became more of a part time job, and means of espionage rather than Lidiya’s means of income as she was conscripted into many a mission by the Family. This, whilst a curse, eventually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as while it turned the girl into something utterly unsightly, it also gave her means of ‘buying’ her freedom, and at age twenty, she did so.
Presently, she has managed to keep up a front at a local hostess club (which she considers to be a tier above prostitution), but often dips into the Mafia world as needed… Which is quite often, really.
Other: Miserable years in bars and clubs has made Lidiya quite a drinker. Despite her seedy background, she considers herself to be quite the connoisseur when it comes down to vodka and cigarettes.
She is also a fairly skilled in Russian systema.
