Bala: As far as I remember, Bala are meant to be super quick, and not very powerful. While Ulquiorra's bala could make holes in people, saying needle-sized Reiryoku projectiles with the power of a bala can counter any type of cero is, to me, a bit too much.

Cero: Pick a method of firing the cero and stick with it. So far, arrancar have only shown to be able to do it from one area.

Enhanced Hierro: Catching a Bankai with her bare hands screams Aizen-level hax to me. Furthermore, reducing 80 levels Kido to such a state is ridiculous.

Enhanced Strength: On the Shinigami point scale, The top of the strength stat entails the RPC can lift a few tons. Being able to lift fifty tonnes (which is 204 pounds greater than a ton for each [making this roughly 55.1 metric tons altogether]) is crazy. Unless I'm mistaken, with that kind of strength, she could literally punch someone's head off or possibly decimate their entire body with a single hit. All in all, s**t's broken and the only way to not die against Asuna is to dodge everything, which you've made it clear is probably impossible given her speed + Kendo + Hakuda, both of the latter not even being at the top of the scale, so I'm curious as to how that even works out... ._.

Plata Cero: It is said that the Gran Rey Cero can destroy the dome of Las Noches. With that in mind, Grimmjow's Gran Rey Cero wasn't enough to overpower his hollow mask's defense, but Ichigo's Hollow-Augmented Getsuga made only a hole in the dome, thus leading me to believe that Ulquiorra only meant that it had the potential to destroy a part of it, but not the entire dome itself. That said, a Cero large enough and powerful enough to erase a spiritually sound structure like Las Noches in one shot is nothing short of being too powerful. I know you hate comparing to canon, but the basis of the Gran Rey is still there to compare it to.

Bala: Dante's Scale, not mine

Enhanced Hierro: I'm not changing the kido thing, really. That's also on Dante's scale. I have 54 points to spend as the Primera on the old scale, which is Captain-Commander level.

Enhanced Strength: I'm using the Arrancar point scale. I'll get rid of the huge weight, but I have told you before Hand-to-Hand and Swordsmanship stats mean nothing to me unless they can actually do something with it. I'm not goint to lose on some general number scale when when 99% of responses for a punch to the face is Shunpo 50 meters away and use a flashy attack.

The 50 Tones comes from Hollow Ichigo lifting and throwing a stone block, and the stone slabs used on the Egyptian Pyramids were that large. Why is it nobody thinks the Shinigami can do that same thing? Has Konomura not repeatedly thrown things hundreds of times his own size?

Think of it though, Gillian Cero are pitifully weak. I'm a compression of their reiatsu.
