Sooo... I'm 5'4'', I weigh 13o-ish pounds and Im 14, why dont I have my period yet? O.o

Women start at different times, so you shouldn't be worried about when it happens. When it happens, it happens, so don't feel stressed about it. Trust me, once you get it, you're going to wish you didn't lol.

Riku is right, we all get it at different ages. Most girls get it between the ages of 10-16, but older or younger than that isn't unheard of either.
Weight plays a part in when we get it, but it's not the only part. Hormones are a big factor too.
Girls get their periods after their hormones give their body the ok to start releasing eggs. That's usually sometime around when the girl hits 100 pounds, but not always. Everyone is a little bit different!
So you're still within the normal range for not having a period yet, which means you have nothing to worry about. But you should schedule an ob-gyn appointment and get checked out if you don't have it by the time you're 16.
