I'm doing a project for my history class on the evolution of military technology over the last 100 years and I want you guys to help! I'm going to include the changes in kit compared to previous generations and I probably include a bit about aviation on to UAVs.
EDIT: I changed my mind, I'm doing the evolution of US soldiers from Vietnam to present day. So:
-Kit weight and cost
-year the M14 went into service--1957?
