x x x x x x x x x x x x x CC figured at some point that maybe he'd look even more handsome than he already was if he deicded to sunbathe. Ah, how cruel it was that he only seemed to burn! He gave a scowling smile at the sun from his spot in the shade, loosely keeping a hand near the hilt of his gunblade. "You fear another Adonis?" he asked it, then clicked his tongue, shook his head, and ventured forth into the light out onto the sidewalk. Even with only a jacket on, it was decidedly hot. He briefly pondered slinging the ol' thing over his shoulder and just walking about topless . . . Mmm, topless. He smirked at the thought.
Tons of near naked women would be on the beach, yes . . . All begging for hands to rub suntan along their backs. Though it was such a far walk away to reach them. Not fair at all, he thought as he indeed disrobed and slung the patchwork jacked over his shoulder, whistling amiably as he jogged across the hot pavement. God, was he glad he owned a nice pair of shoes. Imagine the prospect of going about in this weather shoeless . . . "Hell, it's probably the shoes that keep me from going hobo completely," he thought aloud with a chuckle, pocketing a hand as he wandered forward towards the sea - or, more imporantly, towards the beach.

As uncommon as it was for Ina to be anywhere in the sun, the weather had been right for it, it hadn't been too hot, but the sun was surely out. She buried her nose into a manga she had found recently, a teen had gotten into an argument, dropped and hadn't realized. She covered the majority of her body with a towel. She would surely burn otherwise. Ina kicked her feet in the sand, tossing it left and right as she did so. Her tail swayed like a child in a candy store. She paid little attention to her surroundings, unfortunately. The manga happened to be a high school romance, which Ina had understood very little about but it made her smile. "No..Don't kiss him...ewww.." she spoke aloud, but to herself.

Practically strutting down from concrete to sand, CC was careful not to get his shiny shoes too dirty - or rather full of sand was it was in this case. In fact, seeral steps in, he decided Why not? and took the pair off, dangling them from his fingers by the shoestrings. Slinging the shoes over his shoulders, CC allowed himself a few moments to just enjoy the feeling of warm sand between his toes . . . well, until it burned him pretty much, at which point he quickly pulled himself out and hopped along forward, muttering a curse.
As luck would have it, the girls weren't far! He grinned as he spotted one laid out with a manga, commenting aloud as she read. He leaned a little over her from behind, scanning the pages. "I think it's an adorable little couple~" he said, even though he didn't have the slightest bit what was going on.

The girl jumped, the manga flew into the sand. She winced for a moment and sighed. "You don't get it though.. She isn't suppose to be with him, she is suppose to be with.." she paused, picked the manga back up, flipped through a few pages rather fast and pointed to a different character, who didn't seem to look as appealing as the other. "Him" she muttered. She looked back to the male who had originally startled her and shook her head. "You know..You shouldn't startle people like that... It can be a dangerous thing.." She winced, the sun glaring into her eyes. She looked back down at her manga and frowned, she had lost her page. Ina glanced back at the male and shrugged. "Would you like to know more about what's going on? Or did you just want to comment my mutterings?" She looked down and pushed her glasses back against her face.
