I was thinking about the Manga for R/B/Y yesterday, and the Kanto Elite fours pokemon do things other pokemon of the same name normally can't do. Like Lorelei's cloyster and it's unbelievable spike cannon deal.
Well if you they were all dying and asked you to take 1 of their special pokemon in hand, who would you choose?
p.s Lance and his Dragons have disappeared so they're not in the question.
I'd have Bruno's Hitmonlee! It's the only Lee that can stretch it's arms and other limbs on the body. Plus hes just a loyal beast.

Definitely Agatha's Arbok. Sure having the ability to change the pattern on its belly might seem lame, but from what I remember, it was suppose to grant it different abilities for doing so. Funny enough, although being reknown as being a Ghost-type specialist, has anyone else noticed that her primary type is actually Poison? Just throwing that out there. pirate
Oh and I believe Lorelei used Dewgong in combination with that Cloyster of her's to do that super spike cannon thing to referred to earlier.

I never really got too far in reading the manga, but I thought it was cool when Red's Poli(whirl) jumped out of the water & had evolved into a Poliwrath. Sorry if it's off topic though sweatdrop .
Also, did you guys notice that on Serebii it says that Lt. Surge, Sabrina, & Koga are team rocket members? It says so in the manga character bios, just click the giant rocket "R". Plus, it says Blaine used to be in team rocket & Will & Karen are Neo Team Rocket Executives!
I wasn't aware of this, & when I told my sister, she became sad that "all the gym leaders are rocket members!" I'm like: "I know, it's a very sad time when you find out some of the pokemon gym leaders are rockets..." Anyway, sorry if I went off topic again, I just felt this was the right place to say this. sweatdrop

Yeah, Agatha's Arbok is pretty awesome, but Bruno's Pokemon amaze me.
Hm.. yeah, I read the manga a month ago and am still reading. It explains the game in so much detail, way better than the show, and so many people are with Team Rocket. Giovanni didn't play around. "Koga! Why must you be a ninja for team rocket!?! I must marry your daughter with my awesome ninja skills. Go! Crobat!" emo

Overall though, I think I would love to have my hands on Zapmolcuno. You can't go wrong with a legendary rendition of Dodrio afterall! pirate
