Pets can only use taijutsu and Ninjutsu. They are subject to genjutsu, including their owner's. And pets cannot be used in conjunction with A+ rank jutsus. Please be aware that your application for a Fighting pet may be rejected if you have a too many things, that includes: Bloodlines, clans summons and demons. Pets may not be used to break any of the regular rules - this includes the use of pets for meta-gaming. You do not know what your pet knows. And your pet can not tell if you something you do not know. Please add the pet's info in your profile as well. As well as everyone can only have one pet per RPC.

Sorry I'm gonna explain this stuff a little.

Your Username: is self-explanatory
Your Ninja type: means Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Genjutsu/Medical
Your Rank: is self-explanatory
Your Elementz is your elements - would help with determining if your pet is reasonable
Clan: is what clan your in. It's important because only pet-oriented clans get fighting pets.
Bloodline: is self-explanatory
Summons: is self-explanatory. It is different from pets.
Demon: is self-explanatory. They include both lesser and the main demons.

Pet Name: is what you're name your pet.
Type of Pet: is either Fighting or RPing. This does not mean what kind of animal
Special abilities: do not mean they can use some cool jutsu. It just means if they deliver messages or are able to run fast. Little physical traits.
Description: is where you put what type of animal it is and maybe describe its physical qualities as well as personality.
Picture is if you have a picture you found on the internet or something that looks similiar to what your description is like.
Reason is where you tell us why you want this pet. If your reason is not sufficient, your pet will not be approved.

Description: This adorable creature has a soft body, but a hard head and back. Han is a childish dragon that usually appears to be asleep as is clings to Keegan's shoulder or lays on his head. He loves to have fun and pick on his partner a lot, but that's why the two get along. Han sometimes will end up embarrassing Keegan and that will force him into conversations with someone he'd be to shy with, going against his quiet personality. In battle, Han can be pretty protective.
His powers will increase as Keegan ranks up.

Description: This dragon has smooth, purple scales that are tougher than iron. They can block weapons, but ninjutsu or bukijutsu will do serious damage. Her figure is very thin, but it's built to be tough She can crack out like a whip, and protect parts of Keeg's body. Usually she will wrap herself around his arm or chest, crawling under Keegan's clothing without going noticed. Penelope is a dragon of a wise and sly nature. Her devious and mature words can related to those of a witch, but she can give very helpful advise when Han and Keegan are stuck in a jam.
Her powers will increase as Keegan ranks up.
Reason: She is the third part of Keegan's character and will be needed in order for him to become a strong ninja in the future. Remember, he's an Animal Tamer.

Han

- I can allow the spiting of lighting, but I cannot allow the swallowing of lighting of any rank. It should be more along the lines of swallowing or absorbing lighting that has been shot toward Keegan, that is of Keegan's level and below.

- How fast can this creature fly?

But to answer your questions...

- So basically just projectile weapons are blocked? Sounds fair.

- And just have them a little slower than you, but everything else seems quite fine. Approved!
