The following is from WWE.com:

"WWE Superstar Carlito (Carlos Colon) has been released from his World Wrestling Entertainment contract as of today May 21, 2010. Carlito’s termination was due to his first violation of the WWE Wellness Program and his subsequent refusal to attend a rehabilitation facility."

well lets hope TNA pick him up and use him correctly.

WWE didn't even use him anyways only just as a pro for NXT.

His gimmick was only good for so long. They had a nice run with him a couple of years ago, but he made a fuss about being a good guy on TV so they threw him to the back.

I really don't blame him, he played a good a*****e.

He was more fun to hate, then cheer for being nice.

Should have gone with it. It's better to get TV time as a mid card hero, than be a little to no TV time house show jobber. Making that choice was not good for his career.

Not necessarily. This is WWE Air Time we're talking about. WWE has jobbed out so many greats just for one match, but they are still respected within the wrestling community.

I was referring to within the company itself.

Oh, great. So that reunion between Carlito and Primo as a tag team was for nothing? WWE sucks nowadays. They always find a way to piss off the fans or screw everything up.

It was funny when Santino said "You like to swap spit with men who are cool?"
