Detailed Biography:
Rei Shirogane is born from a family bloodline known for their skills in weapons crafting and also their background in investigation in the village and skills in gathering information. Rei's mother and father were both killed during a mission when she was only five, and since then she has been in the care of her grandfather, Tenzin. Since childhood, Rei has had more of an interest in in her family's history of investigation than actual weapons crafting, though through inherited natural skill can also craft weapons, often using the weapons she makes herself, her favorite being a crafted gun-like wepon that is used by manipulating her chakra out of her body and into the barrel area of the weapon.
Through her life she was never very comfortable around other children, and it still affects her to this day. She wishes to become better at investigation and fighting and use her family's skills for something useful, so she became an official genin. However she was told her greatest troubles seemed to be her inability to work effectively in a team, mostly because of her awkwardness of being around other people. Other students and kids her age kept their distance from her, not helping the matter at all, because of her high level of intelligence and her oddly boyish looks and personality. She hopes the life of a genin would change this, but it wouldn't be easy for her from her natural personality.
