Okay, so I'm training a Vileplume and I was doing it in one of the ways from Smogon. All I need to finish him is to get the item Leftovers and the TM Sludge Bomb, Does anyone know where to find them?
By the way, I'm playing on Pokemon Heart Gold.

At Route 43 (south of the lake of rake), there should be a building there where Team Rocket takes your money just for entering (not sure if it still happens post-red gyarados). But regardless, talk to the guard inside and he should give you a TM36 (Sludge Bomb).
As far as Leftovers goes, the only thing I can think of is on the wild Snorlax sleeping in the middle of the road in Kanto. If not that, perhaps use a Pokemon that has the Pickup ability?
