The price has been steadily rising, but it is a cash shop item, which means it has the risk of being rereleased at any time (or showing up in CIs, etc.). It is a popular knockoff of the devil tail and devil horns, and still far more affordable - but if it's meant to stay affordable, a rerelease could bring the price back down.
Given its nature, I would expect the price to spike near Halloween.
