 This is the Kage's Office Building, also known as Headquarters, located in the middle of the Rain Village. You'll find that the place will be busy with paperwork and Shinobi as they fullfil their missions here in the Village. On the top floor rests the Kage's Office where the Kage will reside most of her time. Shinobi are to report here after an successful mission, give their mission report, or simply engage in conversation with the Kage. Visitors are able to visit the Office by first seeing the desk, then proceeding to the Office with their business. Please be aware that any hostile act towards the Kage or any other authority will be taken seriously and will be treated with immediate reaction, and may result in prison or even death. Akira walked up the stairs one by one, careful to be quiet. As he reached the door to the Kage's room he let his sharingan spin momentarily and he stepped forwards. He opened the door quickly and threw in a kunai at the Kage's chair to make sure their leader wasnt lame, but he knew that she wouldnt be, she was powerful. I need to test my partner

A small smile was spread on her lips as Akira entered the office, the same smile remained on her face as the kunai was thrown her way. The woman instantly moved her head out of the path of the weapon, and before the kunai could create a hole in her chair, she grabbed the end of the kunai in mid-air. Spinning her newly aquired weapon on her index finger, she greeted her guest, "Welcome, Uchiha Akira. Quite a bold entrace you've made, though I would rather that you wouldn't make holes in my chair," and with that, she flung a shuriken right back at Akira, aiming for his forehead, though there was more to it than that. The shuriken was connected via wire to the woman's hand which held the kunai, if Akira dodged, she could just send the weapon at him once more by simply shifting her finger. Although she responded as so, she continued to talk as if she'd done nothing, as she expected he would have no trouble with such a thing, "Now then, I am pleased so see your arrived first, for the others have yet to gather. For the time that you stay here, I insist that you remain hidden mostly and do not come into this building at all."

Akira's sharingan allowed him to easily see the wire attached to the Kunai. Akira suddenly caught the kunai as it was passing him and cut the wire. He put the kunai away in a hidden pocket and cracked his neck a little. "Hello Amekage and Akatsuki Leader. I had to see if I would be right in trusting you with my life." Akira took a seat. "I can easily remain hidden, so you dont need to worry about that. Although, that stroll down the neiborhood allowed the people of your village to see me. was I not alright in doing that? because I can remain very hidden, if you would like me to be."

(Uchiha, she didn't throw the kunai. She threw a shuriken at you though controled by the wire around her fingers. Shuriken are nearly impossible to catch, so you would have to parry it or simply dodge. Either way, you don't have to edit, just make sure you read the posts accurately.)
A small chuckle escaped her lips, "Please, call me Takahashi, or simply Leader if you must. You are free to reveal yourself as much as you want, however, I would like to keep the fact that I have rebuilt the Akatsuki to remain unknown from the outside world. I trust my Villagers with this secret, but you shouldn't. Although there are many who respect you, the same amount of people, maybe even more, will slit your throat." Kuroiame cast aside the wire that was once on her fingers, "Do what you will, I do not want any casualites of my citizens, whether they attack you or not, until I say at least." She truely looked up at Akira for the first time, openly staring into the sharingan. Kuroiame's dark, yet clear blue eyes bore into the deep red of the sharingan, she then casted a genjutsu, ranking among the B levels. She wanted to have fun in this idle time, so she hoped he would bounce one back at her. Akira's vision would start to blur, then it would burst into a magnificant display of bright blue butterflies that swormed around him.

Akira seemed unphased by the Genjutsu. He simply smiled. "My Lady, You are strong and wise as you are beautiful." Akira approached her desk and pulled out a Wakizashi and Stuck it in her desk. "It will be my pleasure to serve you." He said, giving her a loyal look.

With a simple wave of the hand, the butterflies seemed to be blown away, a slight disappointment that he wouldn't hit back, but there were more important matters than exchanging childish blows. "Flattery won't get you anywhere in this game, Uchiha," she said standing from her chair, "But thank you. Now then, Uchiha, why don't you tell me then what you hope to get out of this organization? Revenge? Peace? Even love?" She turned to face the huge window of the Office, rain pattered against the window.

Akira laughed for a minute, he hadnt been asked that question before, he had been accepted, no questions asked. He guessed it was because he was an Uchiha. "Well... For fun, I guess." he said, scratching his head. "I left Leaf because they didnt have what I wanted, so I went to seek out the akatsuki, because they do what they want, to have fun. Im more of a laid back character. Im pretty nice when people get to know me. Im S rank all right, but I was never labeled a criminal."
((Well, they can see the chakra that the genjutsu expels and they can see through that. So they can see the genjutsu, but can choose to ignore it.))

A blank gaze entered Kuroiame's eyes, "Fun...eh? Everyone has their positive qualities to them, even if they deny it. Well, you won't be able to 'do what you want', but very close to that. Is there anything you want to ask of me before I dismiss you, Uchiha?" she said giving Akira a side glance.

"Uhhh, not really, but you shouldnt keep your partner far away, just in case." Akira said with a laugh. He let his 'story' sink in. part of it was true, part wasnt.

"Indeed, though I have the Amegakure Village to assist with that. Oh, before I forget," she said reaching her hand into a pocket of hers, "Being a now, honorary member of the organization, you'll need this." Kuroiame tossed him a small item wrapped within a piece of cloth. Within sat the ring once worn by another Uchiha himself, Scarlet. "That, is your entry into and out of the Meeting Building which is located below the Village. You will not be shown the entrance for now, for safety reasons. Our first meeting will be tonight, you are to report to the Training fields at precisely 11 at night." She walked over to the office door while continuing to talk, "Ah yes, one final thing: All I ask, is that you follow orders, and if all possible, don't die." With a small grin, she opened the door, "Well then, this was fun, but I have a Ninja Academy to visit. Until we meet tonight, Uchiha." And with that, she closed the door behind her. Akira would find that Kuroiame was straight to the point with most things, and she did not want to appear to be a suspicous person, especially at these times. He would have to deal with the sneaking around and secrecy for now.

He hadnt told her, but he already had 16 shadow clones around the village with little chakra in them, changed to look like normal people. one had found the Entrance and Akira had been walkeing over-top of it, scoping it out. He knew that if he was in there with more then one person, he may be trapped. Akira sighed and put the ring on, twisting it on his finger. "Itachi Uchiha's old ring... Cool." He said, looking up and activating his Mangekyou for a moment before leaving.
