i think that the leaders should kinda elect a hokage smile and we should like establish a shinobi bio for example:
Mecha nato kun
S ranks competed: 1
A ranks completed: 1
B ranks comlpeted: 2
C ranks comlpeted: 5
D ranks competed: 14
you know some one should really keep track of these things ^.^ it'll be kool
