Life's Story: Kana had grown up in Death City with her paernts. Both her parents were powerful weapons, and of cource she in turn was a weapon. But one day her father had died while out on a mission, all because he was protecting his meister he had sacraficed himself. Kana hted the fact she had lost her father because his partner was unreliable, and so she doesn't trust anyone to weild her. She wants to be powerful without a meister, be a weapon that can work on their own. Right now she is a student at DWMA, but she refuses any kind of a partner, she wants to work hard on her own, and become a death scythe from her own power with no help from anyone else.
